Good idea, some functional bugs
I appreciate this service and the app does help streamline the process. That said, there are some UX challenges that could be improved. It would be helpful to see which taskers are available nearby and have the option to deny or accept someone based on proximity once they offer to support. (i.e snow shoveling should be restricted to local town support). Similarly, certain tasks require different equipment.
Additionally, the fee structure and payment process lack transparency—there’s no clear information on hourly costs or fees before a job is accepted. Credit card information is requested upfront, but I’m not given any visibility on what I’ll be charged.
Again, I really appreciate what this app is accomplishing and find it a useful service overall. I would encourage conducting user surveys to learn what gaps can be closed and really making this a stellar platform.

I’ve been a worker on the Joe’s app for over four years, and I can confidently say it’s the best job I’ve ever had. My friends and I love being able to take on the same jobs and make money in our free time. It’s easily one of the highest-paying opportunities available for a high schooler. UI is broken
The worker application is bugged, fix your UI because you can’t have workers without it.
Won’t let me make an account
I try to make a worker account and as I’m clicking on the next field the screen goes blank and I have to start over and I trued 10 different times and still so I gave up, fix your app
