Site flow is good - logging into account needs work
Website is great when you’re looking for things. The problem is when you log into the account, may times the app sends you back to log in again immediately & then by the 3-4x, you’re clicking on ‘how many buses do you see?’
When you press ‘remember me’ it should remember the device.

“Extra40%’” outlet sale is a come on. There is nothing but up to 40% off retail. Nothing “extra” on outlet prices. How about being straight with customer?

Everything John Varvatos put out is classic and authentic. The shoes are handmade especially and clothes are all durable!
Irritating Pop Ups
Should be a great app if you could actually see it. You get some pop up when you open promising 15% off your first order. The only issue is you can’t see anything to order because the pop up doesn’t move.
I don’t want 10% off!
Enough with the 10% off offer. Every time I x out of it, another pop up window shows up. This app is infuriating just let me shop

Some nits
Please let the shopping cart persist - right now it clears out after some short period of time like an hour maybe, it’s sometimes nice to build up the cart over several days before placing an order. Also please persist authentication and integrate it with keychain, right now you are logged out of the app what seems like every hour and credentials are not integrated with keychain on iOS.
