Car Subscription Does Not Work!
When I tried to use my subscription I received a message saying the machine is offline. So I ended up having to purchase another car wash. Really disappointed there is no clear support or contact information in the app.

It doesn’t work. Every time I go to use it and scan the QR, it either says “Wrong QR code” or “Machine is currently offline” (even though it’s not because I can pay with cash or credit card and it works just fine. Complete rip off and waste of money. Only giving it one star because zero isn’t an option.

Doesn’t work!
I wanted to get the app as I use the car wash in my area almost everyday and it made sense. Downloaded the app, signed up for a subscription, and went to use it today. Get to the car wash and opened the app, said to scan the q code. I put the phone up to the q code...... my screen goes black. Closed the app. My phone works. Open the app and tried to scan the q code...same thing. I did this 4 times and every time the app sends my phone to black screen. Be warned.... this seems scamish to me
