Pay to add pictures
So after using the app for over a year I now have to pay to upload from my phone. No thanks.

Bought frame no mention of any charges Lovely idea but 3 months later and we can’t use it has they demand a subscription. No mention of this anywhere on packaging and app is not marked has in app purchases now going to check legality has I’d like my money back for frame feeling held to ransom for my own photos

Don’t waste your money
There’s no support. The frames aren’t taking pictures even after paying for storage. This is a rip off. No one is even answering the help section.

Tried everything and photos would not download from app to frame. Very disappointed.
Scam
Don’t buy moolink or things that use this frame. I haven’t even used 16 G of storage or 5g of wireless data and it says I can’t use unless I subscribe. Nothing suggested a subscription would be required.
