Doesn’t deliver to my address
Extremely dumb app, at least by my experience. There’s a JOKR store about one mile from where I live. I stopped in the other day to grab something and they explained they only deliver- nothing sold in store. I thought ok, no problem. They explained the process of downloading the app etc. I download the app and try to enter my address and it says “outside delivery area”. I could walk to the store in 15 mins but yet they can’t have a delivery person drop something either via bike/car to a location one mile out? Seems like a terrible model for success, but not my problem anymore as I won’t try this app again.

I wish I could give zero stars
I needed an item today. They have an outpost across the street so I figured I could get an item delivered easily. The app shows that we are outside the delivery window. In fact the only addresses that work are within one block of the distribution location. I’m sure it’s an app glitch, but they get zero stars for not working when I needed them.

Unable to find receipts
The app does not allow you to pull up past orders and view receipts. The support team is also unable to resend them if the email doesn’t go through. Absolutely incredible that an app built by a multibillion dollar company lacks extremely basic functionality like this.
So impressed! It’s my go-to now!!
I didnt believe in the 15 minute guarantee but after ordering 15+ times I’m sold!!! JOKR’s quickly become my go-to for groceries, it saves so much time!!
Fave NYC delivery!
This app has quickly become an daily habit. I love it for the office! Best healthy snacks, juice, fruit, etc! Always fast and order is correct. Can’t say enough good stuff about it. Update: back at the office and still loving this app. They’ve added a bunch of new stuff too. Blueberries on repeat! Also they added some prepared meals you can just heat up. Perfect for lunch or to take home to the fam for dinner. My kids like the Mac and cheese.

Great service, App is much better
The service side of JOKR has always been great. The drivers are timely and friendly, and the food has been reliable. The app has recently undergone a massive, and much needed, facelift. The app feels snappy, has been stable, and is a lot more intuitive, great job! The location near me is new-ish, and has recently gotten much better on inventory, just have to give them some time to get settled in. Super convenient, fair prices, good selection— try them out!

The service, the products, their discounts and the app experience is awesome. I ordered the simple recipe and all ingredients were in my pan in 15 minutes. I am never eating out again if I have a JOKR providing 5 star room service to me.

I’ve used all the new grocery delivery apps but this one is by far THE WORST. Simple features of order tracking and order history NON EXISTENT. I am almost CONFUSED how this app exists.
I placed an order and asked to leave it in the building lobby. I tracked several times a few minutes after placing the order. I realized then there is NO WAY to track your orders or see order history even to see if your order went through. I waited thinking the order had not gone through. I then saw an email order confirmation so I waited a bit longer. NO NOTIFICATION OF DELIVERY. I then had to move on with my day. A few hours later I realized I still did not receive my order. Long story short, there is no way for you to track orders and they don’t tell you when orders are delivered when you opt to not get your ordered hand delivered. I’m being told that if my order is still in the lobby tomorrow and still edible, I’d get a 10% discount otherwise contact the customer service again and waste more time trying to resolve this. I WILL NEVER USE THIS EVER AGAIN. NEVER!!!!!!

Love JOKR and the app experience
I love going into the app and seeing the group content they create daily. I get my order on time and In full, and it’s been a game changer for my busy schedule. I don’t see a need to go to whole foods or Trader Joe’s anymore. I can order as much as I want as often as I want and get it all organized. This will be the death of in person grocery shopping and I love it

Terrible customer service
I placed an order, the app said delivered but it was not. Customer service said it was delivered and would not help. They don’t take a picture or show anymore proof. So I paid for someone else to get groceries?
I get it I’m lazy I could have gone to the store but I didn’t and the jokr customer service was useless.

No opt-out from daily promotional push notifications
This application does give users options to control settings or opt out of promotional push notifications, which are sent daily. I spoke to customer service and requested to opt out of marketing notifications-twice- and was twice assured that they would stop. I continue to receive them daily. The only way to turn it off is to decline ALL push notifications, which makes the user experience of actually ordering poor.
Inability to allow users to opt out of marketing and continuing to contact customers who have requested to be removed are two violations of customer protection laws.

Worst delivery app
I’ve used almost every delivery app in New York and this one is the worst. Consistently late, Will misplace orders or just not deliver them all together and not be able to tell you why or send you a new order. On more than one occasion they’ve just sent me vouchers instead of a new order or a refund. Very unprofessional and definitely not a quick service. I’ve waited 1.5 hours at a time when the app has guaranteed 20 min delivery. Lost a customer

Wish I could give less than one
This is why I hate apps that are all cool and millennial. Why does this app not allow you to speak to anyone for support? Just “hey read this page if you’re having trouble” and these pages don’t answer my question. What then, you may ask? Oh well then, you could always tweet at them BECAUSE THERE IS NO HUMAN WAY TO CONTACT A HUMAN. This app is just bots all the way down. I wish I could say more but honestly this app was over before it started. Sad, because it’s a good idea. I hope the next hot new app gets it right.

Crashes every single time :/
I love using Jokr, but if i ever spend more than 10 or so minutes shopping on the app it crashes. Once I reopen it, everything from my cart is lost. I’m a big fan of the service but I physically cannot use it anymore. Serious bummer.
JOKR IS AMAZING!!
I love JOKR. It has been gamechanging and totally changed my grocery shopping experience. I love it’s unique selection as compared to other apps and it’s saved me so much time from going to the grocery store, even for all my fresh fruits and veggies. I hope they keep adding even more products!
Easy to use
App is easy to use and delivery is quick however, I wish that for a vegan products (when I search vegan) vegetarian items also show that include egg and dairy and there’s no way to know this because it does not list the ingredients or gage a picture of label so I Accidentally ordered in MorningStar product I had to return after delivery,

Overpriced and doesn’t work
Spent 45 min setting up a grocery order. Even after $50 off the pricing was steep but that’s fine, you pay for convenience. I worry that with the high pricing people will tip the drivers less. There should be a minimum driver tip. Anyways, I got to check out and there was an error after putting in my debit card. I put in the info again making sure it was right and same thing. No option for Apple Pay which is the most sensible route. I tried closing it out like they said to try again and my entire grocery list was gone. The app wasted my time and saving time was the whole point. Never again.

Life saver
This service is a life saver for my immunocompromised, mobility challenged elderly parents. My mom has had one hip replaced and my dad has had both. Additionally they both have emphysema from living and smoking in NYC for their whole lives (or at least since they were teens). For them, going across the street to the bodega is at best physically taxing, and at worst a matter of life and death. That’s where JOKR has been a godsend! The selection is unbeatable, with many health-conscious and vegan options (not just convenience store junk food items like some of the competitors), and the orders come so fast. My parents probably couldn’t get across the street and back as quickly as their JOKR order comes. Best of all, the majority of the riders have been so friendly and polite. My mom says they have better manners than me!

App doesn’t work!
You’d think they want you to spend money with them! I placed my first order just fine - but for the second order, the app doesn’t accept payment, bank says that they never got a charge. Submitting payment still doesn’t work after reinstalling the app and restarting the phone. Oh and there is NO WAY to contact jokr support, the chat function in the app is just an auto reply pointing to help docs. Really wanted to use this service but the app makes it impossible!

The best quick delivery app on the market! 🃏
I have been using JOKR for several months to order everything from chocolate bars to toilet paper. They have never gotten an order wrong and are always at my door in 15 min or less! I love their vast selection of brands and can always find my favorite Chobani creamer and Olipop sodas. Their service is so good that I’ve stopped going to Duane Reade even though it’s down the block from me!
