Horrible
The company I work for switched to this platform and it’s been horrible! Our reward chart is 1.00 a week if we complete our hours. .30cents for birthday, 8.00 for year anniversary. I’m pretty sure that no employee feels valued or appreciated when receiving this as bonus! Problem #1 -If you request time off 2 weeks prior, as required you don’t get the points for that week.
Problem #2 platform does not work well. I have not received points 3 weeks out of every month. Even though I’ve worked my full hours. Customer support is friendly but wait time for glitch is weeks.

Great support and attentive to point status! I was contacted to be informed that I had unclaimed points at the end of the month and was reminded to claim them so I wouldn’t lose them. Love that!
