Non-existent customer service

Tried to submit a warranty claim, got a case number, had a conversation with customer service (some guy named Yannrick), tried emailing multiple times but no response. No follow up whatsoever. Unbelievable.

As if the customer service wasn’t already bad the app doesn’t even work to log in, reset password and register your paddle.

Is there actually a human that works there? Not, "Fake Customer Service"! Send me contact info (direct phone number) for someone in charge. Robert Zeller 503- 351-2103. I have waited months.
