Jot. NOTFAX

Purchased credits, scanned docs, then wait over 10 min for it to send. Which it never did. Updated/reloaded app (still got my credits🙂), but still just spinning/thinking. Been doing that for a good five min now.

Where’s the support

I have been trying for months to contact support with no resolution of being able to login, what’s going on. This is very frustrating and a big inconvenience.

Don’t Use

Just redownloaded the app. I paid $10 for 10 credits (pages) and when I sent a link to reset my password (from inside the app) the email was kicked back as non-existent! Seems like I just lost $10 on an app that is not working or perhaps fraudulent. Going to report this to Apple Store.

I have been trying to reset my password for over a month and nothing!! I tried both emailing support & filling in their website form at least 3 times each - CRICKETS!!
