I have been trying to reset my password for over a month and nothing!! I tried both emailing support & filling in their website form at least 3 times each - CRICKETS!!

This is such an easy way to send a fax without having to use an old-fashioned fax machine. It’s as simple as scanning in your documents or attaching from your phone or computer and hit a button and follow, you are done. You do have to buy credit credits to side effects, but they are dirt cheap, and a lot cheaper than if you were to go to a FedEx or a Kinko’s. Give it a try it’s easy and the best thing you don’t have to hear the loud annoying screeching sounds that a fax machine makes.

Been using this app for the last several years, used this for casual things and really important documents that I needed to get faxed instantly and this app has always worked, and I have never had any issues with it. Super solid go to fax app!

App not working anymore.
App is no longer supported. They’ve ghosted the product.
Major Issues
It messed up severely while trying to order more credits. Kept giving me errors. When I went out and went back in it had purchased more than I wanted. I was charged for a 20 pack $17.99 and a 10 pack 9.99! I never received the 10 pack, and tried to dispute, but Apple will not refund the purchase I never received!!Now I am trying to fax an important fax, it just kept timing out and giving me errors. When I got out and went back in it was showing as sending 3 times. Two failed. The last one has been stuck for days! It won’t let me delete it and it doesn’t look like my documents attached. Trying to email support bounced back and trying to FB message or other means also all failed. There is no way of getting in touch with someone. I even screen shot with Apple to clearly showed what was going on.

NO LONGER SUPPORTED DO NOT BUY
If you ever forget your password and click on send link to my email to reset password, you will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever get an email. Good luck finding any alternate help. One star for the one time it worked.

This app does not send the faxes and does not return emails to troubleshoot problems. They are no where to be found. Useless.

Still no way to contact any type of support or get answers. Save yourself a headache and find a different app. My business is associated with this # being used and I have no choice but to stick it out and suffer.

I updated the app, reinstalled, turned my devices off and on, and nothing has fixed the issue. I emailed customer support 10 days ago: zero response. Cool. Now I look like an idiot that doesn’t know how to send a fax. Thanks, JotNot Fax!

Thank you so much for coming up with this app. In 2019 I was home with a broken leg and spent 8 months faxing my paperwork to OWCP. They received every fax with no problem. Recently I have faxed FMLA paperwork to HR, and the received them. Awesome. Thanks for saving me trips to a store to fax. I recommend this app.
