not useful for me
Nice UI. It’s nice that you can set your own symptoms/issues for tracking.
However, you can have only one entry per day. my symptoms can fluctuate wildly from when I wake up to later times of day - getting much better or much worse, or staying steady. And figuring out if there are particular things associated with changes is what I need.
I have a detailed spreadsheet on my computer with time segments of three hours. I never enter info for every time segment, but if something changes, I can clearly see what time of day it was, and what else was going on (meals, activities, exposure to hot or cold temps, and so on). But, I don’t have my laptop when I am out & about.
Looking for a symptom tracking App that can time stamp significant things, and have >1 daily entry for a particular issue.
Immediately crashes.

Data loss
But I just loaded up to record today and all my data is missing! No sign of it. Need to start tracking again but with a different app this time.
Love app but data missing
My last three days of data is missing. I thought maybe I forgot to enter it, so I did it again, and now it’s missing again! Any ideas how to fix this? I love this app, but need something dependable. I would give a 5 star, but missing data caused me to drop a star.

So glad we were able to help you!
Filling out past days?
Requires too much personal data
My low rating is based on their data collection policies. I was able to find an alternative app that has no data collection, provides a useful free version and costs less.

You do not need to allow permission to your Apple health or wea ther app.If you do choose these permissions, our reporting function, combines this information with your self reported information for a fuller health picture, but again, it is your choice. Also, our app is free.
Only works with Apple Watch
Response from developer
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We do plan to bring in activity data from devices other than the Apple Watch in a future release. :) Update - 6/27/22 - we now sync your Fitbit with Apple Health kit.
Good idea but bad quality
Looks good so far, but questions about data longevity
Response from developer
You can export all your data each month to a PDF from within the app, and then save the PDFs if there's any concern about having access to your journal data in the future. If there are other thoughts you have on ways to preserve your data, we would welcome your ideas at info@journalmyhealth.com
