Hello Tricia, thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the communication breakdown. We took a deep dive into our records to understand what happened. While we couldn't locate any emails, we did find your Instagram message from May 1st. It was incorrectly sent to a spam folder on our end, and we are so sorry that we missed it. That is completely our fault, and we understand the frustration of not getting a response. The good news is that we can confirm your subscription was successfully canceled and a full refund was issued on May 4th. We know the experience was frustrating, but since the issue was fully resolved, we would be very grateful if you would consider updating your review. We've changed our process to ensure we monitor all messages more closely.
