Needs better integration for ipad
It does good for the most part. I love using the app, but for some reason when I use it with Apple Pencil, there are so many issues and this is after ipad os 27 launch. I feel so much potential in this app, but it’s just not there.

Apple, please fix this app! This has so much potential, I love to journal and used this on my iPad with a pencil to create a hand felt experience of journaling, but the moment I save my entry and back out, half of my entire entry gets erased. It’s so frustrating! The issue doesn’t exist with typing, but it’s not the same experience as actually writing. I hope this review actually gets seen by someone in Apple and addressed properly, but until then, I’m going to find another journal app.

I like the app, I use it for most of my notes in class. However it would be so convenient if it could auto save or not delete my notes halfway through writing them. I have lost countless notes and cannot find a better alternative.

Journal App Daily Streak Not syncing correctly
I’m having trouble with my daily streak updating correctly in Journal App. I recently just updated to the IOS27 update, and my daily journal streak was adjusted incorrectly. In the previous IOS26 something version, I had it correctly shown.
Can someone please tell me if this is an app issue with the daily journal streak when updating to IOS27? Will this app be updated anytime soon?
Can someone from Apple reach out to me directly so we can get this fixed? I’ve tried all the options on the internet, ChatGPT and with Apple support research. Please help!

Loving this app. It is so easy where ever you are you can start your day and pick up later where you left off. Adding pictures is easy.
Suggestions for a GREAT journal app
I really love the journal suggestions I get based on my activities or music. I also enjoy having the widget with suggestions so I am prompted to do quick entries. However, I get frustrated that the prompt is not saved as I cannot remember the context of my entry when I view it at a later date. Please add an option so that this selected prompt can stay on the entry if I so choose. Thanks!

Ten out of ten you can decompress yourself and without any ads and I promise you that I’ve had this app for 4 years and not one add has popped up good job to the people that made this app👍
