If you want people to use your app you should probably make it so that users can actually open and use the app. I just downloaded it and it doesn’t open at all. 0 stars.

Can’t get into the app.
I rated a 1 because I can’t even get into the app. When I open the app it just brings me to the screen where it has the horse under the umbrella. It doesn’t load and let me actually see anything. And near the middle of the screen it says “Ignite Your Pleasure” and underneath that it says “Exception:Exception”. I was really excited to see what I could find on here but it just stays on that same pink screen. Hopefully this can get fixed so I can use the app!

Worst customer service
I ordered a toy and it never came to my house, i messaged through the app and emailed them. Now yes the usps website says it was delivered and no i still literally do not have the item i ordered. JoyHouse took a whole 24 hours to get back to me and all the said was “the USPS says it was delivered” not even try to figure out what happened or anything. Im really disappointed. And i still have yet to get a refund.

Every time I go to examine a product it shows me a blank screen. Even if I happen to wanna purchase a product without seen any of the details there's not even a way to add it to the cart. Over 24 different products this is happened on not one with any success.
Dont get this app
Dont get this app, its got things running in the background that have no reason to be doing. If you have downloaded this app and noticed your phone doing weird things and overheating faster that it use to or battery life down and you replaced the battery but its still acting the same.... delete this app and that should your phone should go back to normal as it was before this app.
I know it did when I deleted this app. That and if you try to buy anything from this app it always fails one way or another..

Terrible selection
Terrible selection of products, why have this app when there are so many adult toy websites that offer 100 times the selection of this app. I didn’t find anything I was looking for.

Products are great, App could use some polish
The products are outstanding as most of the reviews will tell you. However the app itself is a bit arcane and could use a few UX improvements. Some of buttons (like the comment box) are cut off, the design is a bit outdated, and the app has crashed on me more than once. Comments also occasionally fail to load, but when I leave the app and then return again, all of the product feedback appears. No complaints on JH or its offerings, but for the money I know I’ll spend here, the app could be spruced.
