so clunky
The app is hard to use. You try to check in for a game and it seems to either be frozen or maybe they just only let you check in to certain games. I renewed my kid’s all-star membership and opted to pick up the package at the game for $35. Then I got an email with an exclusive list of games where I can get it and the games I have tickets for aren’t on it. Trying to get my kid into basketball and the Sixers. This app doesn’t help.

Good idea terrible design and function
Not sure who they hired to write this app but it’s terrible. Functions work only sometime. It’s super slow delayed response just poor app programming really disappointed. Appears some overseas cheap work was subbed out. Too bad as the idea is not bad. I never wasted some much time trying to get an app to just basic function.

Sixers Kids Club
We signed my son up and he enjoyed all the prizes he received. I just wished it was the same price as Eagles & Phillies kids club. $35 seemed a bit high in price. We loved all the activity pages , fitness breaks. I know the Sixers season ended but wished the fun things continued for the kids especially since we started school remotely. I know they couldn’t be daily things but maybe weekly or monthly.
