Unreliable and erratic performance, slow in recording and processing purchases, very poor customer service
Never works
I get the biggest headache knowing when I have to upload receipts or try to log in. It never works properly. Do better!
Update
I’m trying to update the app. When I go to update , there’s no option to update and it won’t let me in the app.
Garbage
It says I need to update it and it has no updated pending it stinks and it freezes sometimes.
Virtual Card Doesn’t Update
Card and app have been working great. But I recently had my wallet stolen and had to order a new card. Unfortunately the virtual card hasn’t updated and still shows the old card. Now I have no access to my funds. Would 5 stars if fixed.
