Doesn’t work
Recently had these chargers installed at our office in Bellevue. App is low rent. Doesn’t have a charger locator. Doesn’t have my vehicle on the drop down list. And it doesn’t work. I get an error that I’m not authorized to use the charger when I scan the QR code. Waste of time
Worst service ever
This thing was absolutely horrible and the slowest charger I’ve ever used. On top of that it was more expensive than the supercharger next door. Don’t use this company. Just use a supercharger and don’t lose hours of your day.
Shockingly bad app
Stuck on the authentication page. Hard to understand how such a simple app can be so buggy in 2026.

Great experience and improving quickly
I’ve been using Juicer Energy chargers for over 6 months and have had a smooth experience overall. The app is easy to use and charging has been quick and reliable. Love the new update! They’ve clearly made improvements, and support is responsive if anything comes up.

Convenient and easy to use
I’ve been using these EV chargers for a while now and honestly, they’re great. Super simple to use, just scan, plug in and you’re good to go. They’re always reliable, and I’ve never had to worry about showing up to a dead charger.
Reliable
I’ve been seeing these around more often. I’m impressed with their fact that they work. So many don’t. And when they don’t, they NEVER seem to get fixed!

Don’t trust their infrastructure
I have tried different chargers a few times. Always issues, at best nightmarishly slow, often doesn’t work without even a proper error. So that evet their charger in front of their redmond, WA office doesn’t work. Avoid like plague, or they will let you down.
