Unorganized and unprofessional
Made an order and waited weeks for me to receive a message that there was an unsuccessful attempt where no agent called me then 48 hours later (past the promised delivery window) i received an email with an agent contact. I called the agent and he no longer worked at Jumia. My item ended up not being delivered and cancelled. This was so unorganized, unprofessional and very disappointing. Iโll never recommend anyone to order anything from this company. The only thing they do good is apologize for the inconvenience they cause.

I got a refund but it wasnโt sent to my bank account it was transferred to my jumia account I tried to withdraw it to my access bank it said transaction failed and I was debited and it still shows transaction in progress in transaction history

It use to be really good until all of a sudden they introduced insane service charges that ended up being double the service cost, you buy something and the charges are double that price, the company probably doesn't understand economics of scale or just believe the brand name will ensure equilibrum. Jumia I have not refund my money for over seven good months now

Preying on their customer
Maybe I will say the goods and services are okay but when it comes to support team especially when it comes failed transactions itโs a waste of time . I paid to the account that JumiaPay provided and I was debited but JumiaPay was unable to confirm my payment on two different occasions and when I sort to write to the support team which I was asked to provide some information for investigation which I did. But behold since then JumiaPay never get back to me despite sending them emails including screenshots from my bank that shows they actually got the money but nothing comes out of it for over a month and few weeks now. Looking for a way to delete my account information and unsubscribe from their service.๐๐๐
