JumKi did NOT limit people one how much 1 person can buy of the same item letting people fill there suitcases with out stopping them and leaving other people unable to get that one item useless company

honestly made the ateez popup store so seamless. It definitely helped avoid fans from queuing for too long. You order what you want and all you have to do is wait for your number to be called and you walk in, enjoy the little exhibition that sokollab put up and then picked up your order. Made buying merch so quick and easy!

I’m having a hard time logging in. I’ve tried all my emails but non of them work. I tried to sign up again but it says my number is already in use.
EFFICIENT
I used the app for the Ateez pop up store in Rosemont and I LOVED IT!! I liked how we were able to purchase merch items days before the concert that way we would avoid being “rushed” trying to get everything we wanted the day of the concert or just being in line for hours.

This app was used for the recent ATEEZ pop-up in Rosemont, IL. It’s very user friendly and convenient. You place your order and wait for notifications to tell you your order is ready. No need to wait in long lines for merch! I hope more companies use this method for future pop-ups.
Please make this standard practice!
This app made things SO MUCH BETTER for the ATEEZ pop up shops than what some locations had where people had to stand in line for hours and not even know of what they want to buy was still available. With this, I knew what was sold out, what sizes were available, and did not have to stand in a line for hours in the hot sun. I simply placed my order and went to pick it up when my number was called. Absolutely perfect experience.

Worked Great!
This app was used for the 2024 Ateez Pop-Up shop and I got to use it for the Rosemont stops. It worked extremely well and I had no issues with it! I prefer this way more than having to wait in hours for merch only to find out it was already sold out like an hour ago. This was great at letting you know what was available and let you skip the line and know when exactly you could head inside :))

So much better with the app!
I hope more groups use this process in the future! The app is straightforward to use and cuts down on the need to wait in line. The active distance is large enough that it's easy to check for re-stocks even when you're not there. I hope this is the future of pop up merch!
AWESOME APP EXPERIENCE!
I love this app! We used this for the ATEEZ pop-up and the process went so smoothly! There were a nice variety of payment options also. I hope this is used for other tours in the future.
A huge improvement on concert merch pop-up shopping
I used this app to buy merch at a concert merch pop-up. It was so easy and manageable to order and pickup! Much better than lining up in a parking lot for hours to buy merch from the back of a semi truck with no idea of what is out of stock.
I would like to see added a notification that tells the customers what order numbers are currently being fulfilled/picked up. The system of updating analog white boards in the pop-up lobby would be better if those updates were shared via the app, like a digital “whiteboard.”
I wish the app could give re-stock projections so that I could quit checking and rechecking with the hope of a re-stock. “This item will not be re-stocked” or “Re-stocks will happen at 2pm and 4pm” or something like that.

Amazing app
I love this app it made my concert merch buying so much better; I didn’t have to wait 3+ hours in the sun I was able to go enjoy my day and pick it up when able to.
Great App and Pop-Up Experience
Instead of waiting in hours long lines, the Jumki app allows you to order ahead once in a certain radius of the store. It allows you to see any sold out items, and makes pick up so easy. App was easy to use. Loved the app and the pop-up experience.

I used this app for the ATEEZ concert merch pop up and loved it! It made the merch shopping experience so much easier and efficient. Buy everything you want on the app and walk in and pick it up with minimal wait. The live inventory information was helpful too. I can’t recommend enough, I wish every group used it!

I recently used this app to purchase merchandise for an Ateez concert. It was the easiest purchase experience I have ever had at a concert. I wish all k-pop artists would utilize this app to sell merch.
BEST merch buying experience
I could not live this app more!! My only complaint is that you have to be within 4 miles to even see what is in stock. This made it difficult becuase I live far away from where the merch pop up was held. However, despite the location based store viewing, this app saved me HOURS of waiting in line! It’s very easy to use, shows what is in stock, and had a seamless in app purchase ability. I would have this at every kpop concert instead of waiting in merch lines if I could!

Absolutely the best!!
This is absolutely the best app to use for any K-pop venue pop-up store. It was very streamline and very easy to use. I love that they included Apple Pay so I didn’t have to enter a separate credit card. Never had any issues with the app whatsoever and would highly recommend it to anyone.
