TERRIBLE TECH

App has now charged me 6x for a 45 min rental because the app UI would not recognize that I had returned the device. It clicked back into place correctly for the return and now no one has contacted me for resolution despite multiple attempts at support requests. This was days ago and the app still shows that I am on a rental. Infuriating experience.
