App terrible
Coming from a previous tesla owner this app needs so much work. Not user friendly at all. Tried to turn in ac remotely and didn’t work. They really need to take customer feedback and improve it asap

Complete waste of time. Takes time to update. Mobile key doesn’t work. Shows door open when it’s not. Insane. Needs a huge fix.
Apple CarPlay Does Not Sync
Apple CarPlay does not sync consistently and will randomly drop while you are driving. This app is a hot mess.
12v Battery Drain
The app was discovered by my local Subaru service department to have a bug. It constantly polls the car and eventually drains the 12v car battery if not started for a few days. I had to jumpstart my new 3-month old car twice in the in the past 3 weeks. Solution for now, per the service technician, is to delete the app until the 3rd party issue gets resolved. Disappointing…
