Unreliable and high friction design

The most commonly used feature is to be able to log your food. This is done maybe in on average 10 times in a day. The design of this feature is very high friction, so many interactions is required to just get done with it. You’re forced to type a name for whatever you’re entering, etc. Just make it optional. Don’t bury it behind the three clicks.

I can endure a high friction design. But what is frustrating is incredible unreliability. Like there’s a unnecessarily short session timeout that you have to enter your password couple times in a week. All while trying to take 10 seconds to enter what you are eating. This is just unacceptable. This is a high use manual tracking app. Not a banking app.

Not only that, stuff like forced updates on your app while the app was not rolled out in the App Store etc.

You don’t need this type of complexity for this type of app. Especially when your core functionality is a pain to use. I don’t care about any other fluff, just make the thing work. And make it work every day, every week and every month. And then don’t break it.

Usability sucks

I don’t like this app at all. I have to use it but find it very user unfriendly. I keep my text size bigger making it easier to read but this app does not support “Dynamic Type”. As a result i can’t reply to messages

Literally one of the worst fitness apps out there

The JSMD app is extremely glitchy and inaccurate. Weight logs and lab logs aren’t kept up to date. The AI companion Rumi doesn’t work at all. I’ve opened a couple of tickets with JSMD for this issue and it’s never been resolved. Why is it so hard to make an accurate and functional app?

Would give zero if possible

Terrible app. In order to view and update messages I have to delete and redownload the app each time. Hypothetically could be great if it worked. But it’s so glitchy and terrible it’s more frustrating than anything.

Difficult to use

This app is confusing and frustrating. The one you had before making updates was way more user friendly. Please go back to old one!!!!

Finally an app BUT why do they make it so lame?

Two stars because I’ve been waiting for 7 years. A son of a member made a tracking app that was better than this. Glitchy isn’t even the word I could use. Literally 100’s of other apps they could have copied. No idea how the boxes translate.

No notifications

App is pretty useless. Was waiting on a message. No indication that i have unread messages even when in the app.

App is difficult

App is very hard to use. Just rejoined jumpstart but am thinking of leaving unless they can get this app fixed - the last one was great!

Glitchy App

The App doesn’t always load. The message function truncates the messages as you’re typing them and therefore you can’t see what you’re typing. I can’t get the appointment scheduler to work either.
