Appalling! Have to give 1 star
This is a communication app yet it regularly signs a user out meaning you stop getting notifications. If you have more than more child on the system it’s a nightmare. Selecting a message from one child one up for another child. Return comments are confusing, and if parents don’t understand it’s visible to all, probably a data protection issue too. The teachers in our school have stopped using it, not having communication is easier than having confusing, limited comms. Needs a redesign… again!
