The app logs you out then nobody knows what is going on the school blames the app and the app says the school should sort it out .
Inconsistent
When it works it’s ok. But it’s been pretty unreliable at times. The latest frustration is that notifications aren’t coming through despite being switched on in iPhone settings. The app hasn’t been updated in some time, which would explain a lot. Just wish the school would not use it anymore and use email.

Notifications have stopped working
Tried turning on and off again at iPhone settings level, uninstalling and re-installing app.
It’s brilliant
This is from a student in my school and we use this app I think it’s good because maybe tomorrow it’s an important day and you can check it if your not really sure!
Great when it works
This app used to work brilliantly, seeing messages from the school and accessing the calendar and website.
Now we see a message title when it’s initially sent, but if you try and open the app it you just get a network error message and can’t access anything.
If it didn’t work at all it wouldn’t be so bad, but when it works for some and others can’t even log in, the school thinks people are getting messages when they aren’t.
Hopefully we won’t miss out on anything too important.
