The app logs you out then nobody knows what is going on the school blames the app and the app says the school should sort it out .
Inconsistent
When it works it’s ok. But it’s been pretty unreliable at times. The latest frustration is that notifications aren’t coming through despite being switched on in iPhone settings. The app hasn’t been updated in some time, which would explain a lot. Just wish the school would not use it anymore and use email.

Notifications have stopped working
Tried turning on and off again at iPhone settings level, uninstalling and re-installing app.
It’s brilliant
This is from a student in my school and we use this app I think it’s good because maybe tomorrow it’s an important day and you can check it if your not really sure!
Great when it works
This app used to work brilliantly, seeing messages from the school and accessing the calendar and website.
Now we see a message title when it’s initially sent, but if you try and open the app it you just get a network error message and can’t access anything.
If it didn’t work at all it wouldn’t be so bad, but when it works for some and others can’t even log in, the school thinks people are getting messages when they aren’t.
Hopefully we won’t miss out on anything too important.

Not working!!
Iv used this app since my son started school now 3 years later he’s gone back after summer holidays and the app will not load it’s saying ‘network error we couldn’t access your log in details please check your network settings and try again,’ my network is fine everything else works, Iv also tried ayetonf again and deleting account but it just says ‘deleting account’ and doesn’t actually do anything. Could someone please shed some light on whether there is an issue with the app now? As I can’t access any info about my child’s class/school which is is frustrating.

App not working, network error
Start of the new school year, and go to use The School App again only to find it has broken. Network error reported, states it couldn’t access the login information. Our school does not use logins and never had to load any details before. “Retry” button keeps displaying the error, “Start over” button shows deleting account and then nothing happens. Deleting and reinstalling shows same error.

Problem!
This app was working great until yesterday, now it’s not working, and says ‘network error’ won’t reset and wants to delete account? It’s not just on my phone, my wife has the same issue, I’ve tried turning wifi off , still doesn’t work ? Any ideas
Return after 6 week summer
Upon returning to the app to see new school year information, it won’t let me log on. The loading screen remains and a message comes up saying Network Failure.
I have tried uninstalling and re-downloading the app but this hasn’t worked!

Accessibility
Why is the text size in the app not configurable and why does it not respond to text size changes in the OS Accessibility setting? For an app that is entirely about information dissemination, not making sure that information is readable by the whole audience is pretty poor.
Faulty App
Won’t let me past the yes that’s it part. Doesn’t need updated or anything. Major fault on the developers part.

The latest update is great! I can add school events to my calendar directly from the app. So useful 👏

I am Getting notifications but can’t view the messages.
This has happened since updated to iOS 14.

Can’t use it
Frozen and can’t see anything. Yet my partner can. Just frustrating
Fed up of it showing notifications and then not being able to view
Literally had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times and now it’s not working at all
Loved it
I loved using this app but it’s recently frozen meaning I can’t see any information with regards to my children, news letters and messages etc. I’ve deleted and re installed numerous of times. School have sent me new link and new codes and still isn’t working. I have emailed technical support

It does not work!!
I am deleting it and downloading it over and over again since the school started.
After all the Sms code thing and choosing school and everything, the next page is blank.
I have all the options there( home, messages,school, More) but nothing can be done, I can’t access any of them.
Its very annoying, the school sends a lot of messages and twitters every day, and I am the last one to find about them from other people. Can you, PLEASE, do something? Thank you!!

Disappointed
I love this app it helps me keep up to date on my daughters school but recently it’s started playing up and not letting me click in to see anything. The school is still on the app as other parents can still get access. I’d like to know what the problem is?
