Simple clean efficient
Could add multiple routines simultaneously, say allow a sequence to be run.
Otherwise perfect

Gains start to become unrealistic around week 4
Starting around Week 4, the app will start expecting you to be able to do an extra 10 or more pushups with every workout. This feels unreasonable. I expect this is because the “100 continuous pushups in 6 weeks” is an unrealistic goal to begin with. Still, the set counter and rest timer work well and you will see gains. Just expect to fail certain workouts and retry them after a few days of rest.

Combo workout
You should make combo workouts where you’re doing other unrelated exercises while resting. For example instead of telling me to rest for 2 minutes after push ups it should tell me to do 25 squats or 40 crunches. You could fit 3 times the workout in the same amount of time
Best
I love this app
Awesome app!
I’ve been using this app for years. I’ve maxed out every exercise, but continue using it daily. It works well to maintain a body that looks good
Love this app
Simple and effective. I’ve used this app for as long as I can remember. My chest is metal
Раньше было лучше
Было всё хорошо до последнего обновления. Тех функции что были мне хватало, сейчас нет, удаляю.
Pretty good
Doing the lords work

It really works
I’ve been doing it for the past 3 weeks and already see a significant increase in my pullup volume. Simple yet great app
Help
It hurts so much!
M
It’s so good before I started I could only do like 6 push-ups and now I can almost do 50 push-ups and I haven’t done it for very long I definitely recommend getting this if you want to get stronger.
Good
It has helped me boost my strength and I’m only on week three
No customer service
I bought the annual subscription during the sale for $3. Somehow they still charged me $13. I’ve emailed support twice over a 2 week period with no response.
Get ups
Great staggering of reps and timing system even for an old man
If you follow the exercises, it does as promised
Update: nothing I said below has changed, but if you haven’t updated your app in 2 years, you have NO business charging a recurring subscription. Period. The concept of software as a service is just that - a service. You released an app that is complete. So charge a price and be done with it. Knocked down three stars, this BS has to stop, it’s every app now.
This app works. Plain and simple. I started only being able to do 3 pushups (I know, embarrassing). In two weeks, I did 40. It breaks them into manageable chunks per session, so it almost tricks you into doing more than you realize. Another great thing is the free version has NO ads until after the workout, at which point you can just shut it off anyway. What a breath of fresh air. It has reminders to get started and timers during the workout for breaks in between sets (default about a minute). I haven’t tried the pro version, but if it is just more of this, I don’t see what not to like. Simple, not cluttered, an app that delivers exactly what it promises with no B.S. That is a RARE find in a mobile App Store.

Great app
Keeps me on track and definitely gets a workout in. I’m currently 3 weeks in and I’m loving it, the app increases the amount of reps and difficulty as you go and it really adds a burn. You can set reminders to keep you on track. Only downside is that you need to pay to do all of the other routines
Premium
So u actually have to pay to get anything that is not pushups
