If you want results without overthinking every workout, this app is IT. Simple, structured, and seriously effective. I’m stronger, more confident, and somehow still within budget. Can’t say that about most things these days! My ONLY complain, which is small, is that the app glitches almost daily and I have to restart.

Great lifting app

Helps structure my work outs in the gym, instead of winging it every day. Instructions given for every exercise are the best!

Great workouts. Terrible app

Workouts are great, but they sometimes don’t load and some of the functionality doesn’t load like “substitute exercise” or “coaches notes.” Sadly, can see spending the money if I can’t access the content.

The best lifting app 🙌

I’ve used multiple apps for programming in the gym over the years. Some free and some top dollar from big names in the industry.

I’ve hands down seen and felt more progress with Alex’s app than any other. It’s real programming that helps you with progressive overload.

In just 2 months I’ve increased my training max on all lifts and I’m seeing more overall muscle development.
