Never recognizes credentials

You can reset and it still doesn’t recognize your credentials 😒

I signed up in June 2023 and the just energy app has yet to recognize my login credentials. As would be expected, I don’t get a password reset email either after requesting it at least a dozen times. So I have to call their 800 number to pay my bill every month. That too is a royal pain in the rear! They transfer me to different departments, put me on hold for up to an hour sobthatvibhave to call another day and repeat the frustrating process.

Don’t even think about signing up with this company!! I wish I had listened to the other negative reviews!

This is a huge inconvenience, you got this fancy looking app but can’t login. However I can login just fine on the website.
