Wallet doesn’t work

I added money to my wallet to pay via the wallet and the first time I uploaded it it worked and my payment was successfully withdrawn from the wallet. The 2nd time I went, it charged the full amount to my debit card instead of taking the money from the wallet. The third time I went it did the same thing, but since I was aware of the issue the employee voided the charge and was unable to figure out how to use the money from my wallet.

Doesn’t work

App is glitchy and freezes. I can’t load the wallet portion at all. Not a very good app at all.

Why do I need to log into an app that I'm already logged into to place an order? Why am I not able to store my card information for ease of payment?

Worthless

There’s no description on half of the menu items. I have no idea what many of these things are. The app is worthless. How can you order if you don’t know what most of the things are? Not even a photo.

My Favorite Coffee!

And not just because we got a gift card from the owner! This place is so cute and inviting! Kind and knowledgeable employees at the Fayetteville, NC, store, who make you feel welcome is just the cherry on top! The coffee and drinks are amazing! My faves are the Mocha Frappe and Riptide Rush. Just DELICIOUS beverages hands down. I haven’t tried a drink yet I don’t like! I can’t wait to try their food! 15/10, would definitely recommend!
