Skeptical user
I was very skeptical about the app. I thought it would be stupid and silly. How could they be somebody at 2 o’clock in the morning that would be willing to help my dog after deciding it was cheaper than going to a emergency vet I decided to use it and pay the money and I have to say it was worth every penny the veterinarian was very helpful able to answer all questions quickly and I definitely am reevaluating whether I want to even cancel the app, it was a little confusing at first they only mentioned a five dollar fee, but you had to pay for the full month but after using it I definitely believe it’s worth the money. It’s a lot cheaper than emergency visit for small problems and they have so many other avenues and especially the AI answering. You can ask general question at any time of the day whenever your mind comes up with them and the AI answers seem to be a very detailed and extremely helpful.

I was told that I would only be charged five dollars for an answer, but I was charged $65 +5 dollars. I think this site is a scam.

I downloaded JustAnswer because I was trying to get medical help and genuinely needed a diagnosis. I was presented with what I understood to be a $5 refundable fee to get help from a doctor. I provided my card information and paid the $5.
What happened afterward was extremely stressful. I discovered a much larger $95 membership charge showing as pending, despite my understanding of what I was agreeing to. I also had difficulty accessing my account and repeatedly received a “login failed” message when I tried to manage or cancel the membership.
The experience became even more frustrating because I was trying to get medical assistance and wasn’t getting the help I had signed up for, while simultaneously trying to figure out why I was being charged substantially more than I expected.
I eventually contacted customer support and requested cancellation. Thankfully, I received written confirmation that my membership was cancelled, but the entire experience left me extremely anxious and concerned about losing money I simply cannot afford to lose.
My advice to anyone considering this app: read every single billing and membership term extremely carefully before entering your payment information. Do not assume that the initial $5 you see is the total cost of the service.
I am leaving this review because I don’t want someone else who is already stressed, seeking medical help, or financially vulnerable to go through the same experience I did.
I personally will never use JustAnswer again.

Doctor uses chatgpt
I paid 68 aud to talk to a supposed real doctor that was using chatgpt to answer my questions. I already have chatgpt. Why should i pay more and get ai generated results

Joseph did a good job of trying to find me an answer. So far my lift is working. My lift is an older JLG T350 towable gas engine lift and it sometimes gets weird things that don’t work well.

Took money w/o asking
I’m so upset I was suppose to get a trial for 5.00 and the expert didn’t do anything I hadn’t already tried so the next day I look in my account they took 38.00 .. without JUST ASKING :( I ask for a refund and nothing from no one
Not Customer Oriented
Joined the site and was stuck in a perpetual DO loop with the AI Assistant who couldn’t answer if or when the technician would contact me. In fact I was not contacted until late evening after (4-5 hours after the initial AI contact). It’s a lousy site and u don’t recommend it to anyone.
My washing machine was locked
Phillip, a washing machine technician, called and gave me the solution and it worked. My washing machine is working again.
