Don’t give them your credit card info. They will lie about how much it actually costs.
They charged me $95. If you got charged without consent. Talk to the chatbot and tell them you will dispute it with your bank. They will face penalties. They actually do a quick job on refund because so many customers have complained about it.

Person seemed nice and friendly, but couldn’t answer my questions. He answered 2 and all the rest was answered with “You’ll have to call and get that information yourself”. It was very disappointing.

Poor because I specifically asked for antibiotic for the eye and eye ointment and neither was prescribed.

Requesting Refund
I have attempted to request a refund, but it always sends me to the chatbot who ends the conversation with nowhere to go to actually request a refund. This feels bogus. The answer I got wasn’t anything more than I had read on Google 5 minutes before, but now I’ve spent money that I could have put toward another vet visit.
