Unfortunately I made a huge mistake in my review- I meant to give him an excellent rating but got mixed up with the numbers -anyway he was very helpful and knowledgeable and worked out a plan for me to follow. Would be useful if they we’re upfront
When you go to ask a question they charge you $5.(fine) Then they inform you that you are now a monthly member (which charges you $65 a month). I went and look all over the app and no where does it tell you how much this monthly fee is. The ai won’t tell you, she just directs you to customer service, who will not let you contact them unless you sign in as a member. It’s a useful app but I would have been happier if they were upfront with their pricing.

Seems like you can get the same answer from Gemini for 1/10 the price. Also something in their policy states “no warranty or representations by just answers regarding qualifications of the professionals”… so essentially we are paying for a “lawyer” or “Mechanic” advice but JustAnswer doesn’t verify or guarantee they are legit lawyers, mechanics, etc…
Which defeats the purpose of using the app as we can go to AI and get the same answer they are giving me. Complete ripoff!

I have used this site a few times for my African Dwarf frogs and my guinea pigs . Every time the vets have helped me. If you can’t find an exotic vet, this is the place to call. They really are very good vets and very good people with hearts.. I recommend this site to anybody and everybody.

Miss pricing information
I went to sign up and it said it was $5.00 to try it and I could get a refund if not satisfied. Then they changed my $65.00 I tried to get a refund but was told because I asked a vet a question that it could not get refunded!! I could have just gone to the vet!!!!
