App doesn’t work

Compré un vuelo con Justfly y yo agregué maletas y pagué 89 dólares por mi maleta con un vuelo de Frontier y cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que no había maleta pagada y yo demostré que yo la pagué a través de Justfly , la chica de frontier me dijo que llamara a Justfly y les explicara lo que estaba sucediendo y hablé con alguien de Justfly por mensaje y le expliqué que me están cobrando $104 dólares por mi maleta y me dijo que no me preocupe y que guardé el recibo para luego ellos hacerme un reembolso, y todo es mentira, mandé las pruebas de mi recibo y Justfly me dijo que ellos no devuelven dinero. Terrible travel agency
Canceled my flight after they took 1200, booked me on a flight online and in real life it was another that couldn’t accommodate my dog, CANNOT get a hold of a real person spent hours on hold even tho a robot said it’d be 15mins. It’s “cheaper” meaning you’ll get no service and waste thousands and never even get a flight!

Horrible Experience
I had an extremely disappointing experience with JustFly. Their customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. It’s nearly impossible to get clear answers, and every interaction feels like you’re being ignored.
When I requested a refund, they refused to help or provide a reasonable solution. Even more frustrating, they failed to provide updates about our upcoming trip, leaving us completely in the dark and causing unnecessary stress.
If you’re booking travel, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may not receive the support you expect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend JustFly to anyone. There are many other travel booking websites that offer much better customer service and communication.

Bought insurance for return flight on July 7th. Ended up in a medical emergency and they will not refund Austin to Santa Ana still! Using this app and company has been a nightmare. Also with the car rental I was charged 2 times. I am not even kidding and can prove it buy bank statements. If they will reach back out and make things right I may change my position but until refund happens this is my true review!

Pésima atención y resolución
No la uses para sacar tu vuelo, mejor hazlo directamente desde la aerolínea porque esta plataforma te cobrará muchísimo por cualquier cambio: si llegas a requerir cambiar o cancelar el vuelo, esto es lo peor. Te cobran cuotas por “cambios” y aparte según ellos la aerolínea cobra otra multa. Esta plataforma es lo peor en resolución de problemas. No volveré a usarla nunca más.

Worst Call Center Ever
I had an emergency got hospitalized, lost my fly and apparently this people make policies that even on an Emergency event they won’t give a refund or credit back. Don’t buy fly ticket on this App.
