Disappointed, charged up front and then again for a year!
Downloaded the app in the basis of a 7 day trial, was charged for one month upfront which Apple refused to refund. At the end of the 7 day trial which I cancelled almost immediately after being wrongly charged I was charged again for a years subscription!
Avoid this app, it’s fleeced me and seems to be no way to get the money back or cancel it with any confidence.

Paid for a year but never could log in
I paid $130 for a year and logging in has never worked. Cant get hold of support either. This sucks. Help!!!

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE TUNER!?!?
I was doing the tutorial, and the tuner was HORRIBLE!! It didnt work, it repeatedly told me to tighten my string and caused me to pop my string an livid!!!
Great app
This app is great, I’ve learned way more than any other method I’ve tried and it’s easy to follow along 90% of the time but the other 10% which is mostly in the videos teaching how to play songs I feel like a lot of the parts after the initial notes and chords start to get rushed explaining them which often gets me lost, then I try and write it all down or find the tabs online which most of them time gets me more confused. So for future reference, slowing down a little teaching through out the whole song and doing more review especially as it gets tougher through the song it would be awesome!

The built-in tuner is horrible and not accurate. It does not identify the string correctly. Lame.

Justin’s lessons are exactly how I need to learn. Something that wasn’t available to me years ago when I bought my first guitar and the reason it’s taken until now to properly start my journey. Terrible service
I opted for a 7 day free trial and immediately cancelled it. Had the trial and then money was taken from my account. I have contacted Justin Guitar with no response. To add insult to injury, I thought I may as well use the app, but it won’t let me in, stating that I only had the free trial. This account appears to be a rip off. Don’t touch it.

So far so good but as a woman I really don’t appreciate the first couple of songs we learn to play - they are so misogynistic! Sorry but it’s yuk! Hence taking a star away until you please change those songs!!!
