Not happy
Hard to setup! And turning to offline all the time. Wasting money!

schlimmer fehlkauf.schon, dass es nur mit netz geht und nicht über das kabel ist einfach nur lol.und dann muss das netz die richtige hertzzahl haben.finger weg und etwas mehr geld ausgeben!

Ich finde es mehr als schade, dass sich nur die Cam über diese App steuern lässt.
Toll wäre es wenn weitere, smarte Produkte von Juwel in diese App aufgenommen werden wie zB die unzähligen Beleuchtungen. Daher nur ein Stern

Läuft super
Einrichtung hat funktioniert. Bild ist auch ausreichend, kann man auch wieder vergrößern auf die ganze Bildschirmbreite. Ergänzend wäre es für die Helialux in Zukunft nice, diese auch über die App zu steuern.

Juwel really dropped the ball on this clearly the app needs a refresh for Apple users!!! STOP being LAZY this cost more that £100 you can’t even go real full screen, can’t even flip your phone and it change to full screen all I have is this default window. you also have a mic mute on and off but the mic don’t even work so why have it there just lazy with the app.
Don’t get me started with setting it up and getting it to actually work once it setup I had to delete the app many times just to get the connection to stay working, I managed to get it to work and it’s been working ever since but after a couple days it will go offline and you can’t make it go back online without going home and pulling out the usb, bought this to watch my new fish so they don’t get bullied and die without me knowing. You guys need to do better this is not even a hard job to do let me have ago with the software lord!!!
