Can’t even log in
Got approved which I was excited for as I only needed the card to pay my light bill. Opted for virtual card. I can’t even log into the app. It just says please wait after 10 minutes of waiting. I left it on my phone to load and used my iPad for anything else I needed to do. I will be asking for account closure at this point.
ETA: I was finally able to log in add to Apple wallet. Tried to pay my bill and it was declined. I ordered an Amazon gift card with the CC and paid my bill that way. I’m not sure why they make it so hard to use the card. I’ll be paying it off in full then getting the account closed.

SCAM
I got approved for the card I payed $150 so I can get the digital card and I can’t even use it at all you can’t even call customer service they never answer you can’t email they never get back to you. Can’t add a bank account to even set up automatic payment so now I don’t know what to do am gonna be stuck paying for that $150 when I never used the card .

Complete and Utter Scam
Got declined for “too high discretionary spending” which is code for “this company doesn’t approve minorities”. Placing freezes on all of my credit files and daring anyone to steal my identity lest they will the full wrath of the legal system.

They will approve you. Open the card. Then it will decline immediately everywhere you try and use it and customer service is never open. Basically a brick they charge you $150 to open.
SCAM!!
You can apply. You can get approved. But you CANNOT use the card! Every transaction is declined as suspicious and fraudulent. Customer service is a joke. Sounds like a couple in their living room making **** up. They can’t fix anything. But they will tell you the card is active and working. It’s not and it won’t.

BIG Headache
I literally got this card a few hours ago and I’m already aggravated. Easy to sign up for and set up. However, after that, it’s all downhill attempted to make two charges, and they both declined immediately got a fraud alert.. Of course I couldn’t get in contact with anyone at customer service because it’s a weekend and it’s after hours. They’re not gonna be open tomorrow either. And the two things that I wanted to purchase are going to be sold out— not to mention that I’m missing out on the discount. also, I opted for the virtual card and also a physical card. However, when I go into the app, the card is listed as a physical card. This is probably why I can’t link it to PayPal. For whatever reason I get an error message asking me to check my car details every time I try to link it to PayPal.

Can’t even use it
You get approved and then the card keeps getting declined anywhere. You call customer service which is a joke, they tell you “network issues” which makes NO sense. I had them close my account they said I’m responsible for the $150 I was charged to OPEN the account. I said good luck getting me to pay that back, you were responsible for providing me with a card that actually could be used. So if anyone else wants to pursue legal action let me know because this is well and truly a scam.

got approved easy just for them to not let me add a verified bank to make a payment now i have a $600 debt on my credit i already filed a complaint with the BBB and nothing was done i'm thinking about suing.
Won’t work
The card worked well but now the app won’t let me make a payment. I called customer service and emailed many times and nothing was fixed. I have already filed a complaint.

It was working good now all of a sudden the card get declined everywhere then itll say suspicious activity this is just a scam bro might be going the law route and think about suing honestly
Don’t Do It
I’ve had issues since I got approved. I’ve been trying to get a hold of customer service for a month now and they won’t get back to me. Now I’m locked out of my account. It’s def not worth it
Easy Approval/Hard to Use
I got approved pretty easy! I opted for the virtual card which took $50 of my available credit plus the $99 annual fee as well which was fine. I was able to add the card to my Apple wallet and at first things were going well and then it started declining my card. Customer service was closed so the next day I spoke with them and they let me know I was good to go.
Then I went to the grocery store it worked fine but when I went to get gas next it declined! So I called them back and they said they opened a ticket to the provisions department for me. Okay cool, now I tried to order me something to eat and of course it declined! So I called again and found out you can only have 6 transactions in day smh had I known that I wouldn’t have paid my subscriptions with it earlier 🤦🏾♀️
It’s a good card but it’s a very sensitive system they have and support is not super super friendly but they are nice and helpful

Amazing
Not sure why there’s bad reviews. This was the most simple and easiest card to get. The app is very simple to navigate, the card came in time as promised, and their approval process is beyond amazing. I strongly recommend trying the Juzt Card!

This is a scam app you can't add the card to apple wallet you can't even use the funds on the credit card and support does not answer I been calling and emailing them for over a month now

I recently was approved for this card and opted for the digital card. I have good credit and responsible spending habits. I used the card and tried to connect my bank to make a payment and boom…. Not eligible to make a payment on the account until the bank account is verified with micro deposits. I waited until Tuesday so that the micro deposits hit my account. When I tried to access the app to verify my bank and make a payment the juzt app blocked me out of the account. The Username and Password is correct, I even used the biometric scan for face recognition…. Nope…. I called the support number and input the information as directed…. Nope… Can’t get a live agent on the phone…. Tried to contact them via email and I received a generic automated response say a ticket was created but no ticket number to reference was sent in the email. I even sent a screen shot of the error and again a generic email saying we created a ticket for you but no follow up from Juzt customer support team. Now I can’t access the account to make a payment or get a response from the company. This is unacceptable and if I don’t get a response before this affects my credit, I promise I will file a lawsuit and complain with the CFPB, BBB, And my state attorney general for Financial Damages !!! This is unacceptable and I will make Sure I follow through with everything I have said to the fullest extent of the law !
