The system has vastly improved, quick easy and waiting list eventually has updated too.
One down point, a family can’t use the same email address 🤷🏻♀️ my husband recently joined using the same address although different membership number, it put me out, I had to swop to a different address. Not so good as I list a place in a class as fully booked by the time I sorted it out

Easy to use
Easy to use, but glitchy. Since the update If hasn’t loaded properly on my iPhone 12 and flickers when I try to open and it force shuts down. I haven’t been able to book on it for weeks. Would be amazing to have the old app back with the new features included. It seemed a lot more stable.
Fitness Access
Very easy to use, and live information on availability is very useful to avoid congested times.
