Called a ride and it said 5 minute. Waited 10 minutes and the driver was still 5 minutes away.

Affordable
Kabby is cheaper compared to citywide and uber. Uber started adding the surcharge recently and I hate that but I’m glad Kabby doesn’t do that.

Suggestion: there should be a way to add tip and rate past 30 minutes because sometimes you are too busy once you take the cab to work it’s immediately busy and you don’t get to use phone that much before break.
