Kabby is a fantastic alternative to local taxis and other ridesharing apps. Booking is quick and simple, drivers arrive on time, and the fares are surprisingly lower. The interface is clean, and the overall experience is smooth and hassle-free.

Called a ride and it said 5 minute. Waited 10 minutes and the driver was still 5 minutes away.

Affordable
Kabby is cheaper compared to citywide and uber. Uber started adding the surcharge recently and I hate that but I’m glad Kabby doesn’t do that.

Suggestion: there should be a way to add tip and rate past 30 minutes because sometimes you are too busy once you take the cab to work it’s immediately busy and you don’t get to use phone that much before break.

User experience when using large fonts is poor.
Unless I shrink my font I cannot get past the initial phone number/sign up screen. Hope this can be resolved soon. I really am looking forward to using this service.
