No OTP is being generated for adding the UHID for seeing the lab reports etc. it was a feedback given 1 year ago. But no action was taken by developer. Please correct the issue before responding. Thanks.

Poor app, non-existent support
OTP is not being generated. There’s no email for tech/customer support, no number for tech/customer support.
I called Kailash Hospital in the hopes of being able to speak someone from IT who could help but after being passed from one non-IT person to another, I was finally connected to someone from the IT team (apparently) and then put on an eternal hold.
