The new app has no memory of my account
This “app” frustrates me
Cannot log in
I’ve been trying to log in daily for a week; not working. the app is updated. This is embarrassing as a representation of what is offered to our members, as I am also a provider.
Can’t log in
The app works fine when you can actually log in, and I often can’t.
Seriously??
Does not load or log in, just spins the loading wheel endlessly. Tried deleting the app and downloading it again, did not fix. It’s been weeks now.
Current app version is useless
Every time I try to sign in with the current version of the app, I land on a perpetual spinner. Deleting and reinstalling the app did not help.
Spinning wheel of death
The app never works. I put my correct login info in and it just spins and never works

how am I supposed to refill my medication or pay my bills if the app is literally unusable?????? I get an endless loading screen every time and the regular Kaiser app just leads me to this POS. FIX IT!!!!!
IT Horrible
I’m in the customer relation industry and I am appalled and could not believe the system or the process for the Kaiser’s IT department. I simply cannot get into my app and I’ve been working on this for three months and still the runaround and no help. And the layers of Colleen you have to spend time on just to get through to the IT department and 50% of those agents have been rude , don’t seem to care whatsoever to keep their job and that’s very clear. There is a common denominator here because I’ve talked to 7 different agents now and wow! Still can’t access my app.

Login issues are very common with the app
No longer works
I used to use this app to manage my healthcare all the time then one day it stopped working - I try to log in and it just spins and spins until it times out. Now I have to log in through the web and that layout on my phone is pretty poor. I think KP has run out of money to maintain their systems (including their doctors). Overall it is just one of many problems with Kaiser over the past several months.

Worthless
It used to be convenient to be able order my prescriptions with this app. It quit working months ago. Now I have to pull out my laptop, boot it up, go to the url and order that way. I may just delete the app because it is a waste of space on my phone
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t let you login. Worked for a few months then stopped. Reinstalling doesn’t help

Hasn’t been working for months…I feel sorry for the customer care team because all they can do is email their supervisor :(
No apple wallet feature
Not having the add to Apple wallet feature is so annoying. This app is very slow to load and take a long time to log in literally every time you try to use it (it ask you to sign in even if you had just used it!). So it takes a long time to find the ID number every time. And Kaiser love to ask you your ID: Everybody (front desk, doctor, nurses, etc.) asks your ID, so not having this number handy is a big problem.

Rarely opens
Only opens when I am in one of their parking lots. Almost never at work. Wheel spins for a while at home if it opens there. I can’t explain it.
What happened?
I have no idea what happened to this app, but I used to use it all the time and it was great. Now, for at least the past month I cannot login at all. It just gives the circle of death. I tried completely deleting the app, reinstalling, re-logging in, pretty much anything you can do to make sure an app works properly. The app went from being great to complete garbage. The member website is not user-friendly and I used to love the app. Extremely frustrating.

127.7 billion dollar
This just doesn’t work at all.
It needs removed from the App Store until KP actually tests and confirms it’s functional.
For all the money they are raking in if they could maybe think about developing an app that reflects their 127.7 billion dollar revenue

Functionality missing
What a POS this app is!! Find a doctor is unusable. Bubbles sit on top of information you need to see to enter zip code and even city name. I have most of my high blood pressure episodes just trying to use KP systems they have in place to navigate my own health care. Seems counter to what they say about being here to provide for my health needs.

Login Problems
This app sucks, like everyone else I can no longer login, Kaiser either integrate with the MyChart app (clearly your org can’t maintain their own app) or take these down and tell us to go to the website, at this points it’s more convenient that way.
No longer works
App will not allow me to see any messages, test results, or medications. It also will not allow me to order medication refills
