I got scammed out of 400+$ my friend ordered his stuff got it he told me to use it and order clothes I did it was all going good I payed them to ship it to the warehouse then when I was paying to ship it to my house I tried 6 different cards none worked customer service no help no refund I would still happily take a refund if could get one then my friend in his recent order shipped it to his house and it shipped back to the warehouse and he had to pay to ship it to his house I would take refund if could get it but they don’t do that

Shipping difficulties
Absolutely rubbish shipping takes way too long as advertised and the shipping prices are not what they say they are on the estimate for example they charging me £120 for 3kilos of items which is 16kilos price , ridicoulous customer service whoch says they will refund all remaning prices after payment but they never do, please save yourself the hassle and use a better agent

Ich habe über Kakobuy eine Jacke bestellt und musste ewig warten, bis sie überhaupt im Warehouse ankam. Als sie schließlich da war, hatte ich dann auch noch die falsche Größe bekommen. Ich habe daraufhin den Kundensupport kontaktiert, doch anstatt mir zu helfen, wurde ich immer wieder von einem Agenten zum nächsten weitergeleitet.
Jedes Mal hieß es, sie würden versuchen, den Verkäufer zu kontaktieren – aber angeblich keine Antwort erhalten, also sollte ich einfach weiter warten. Das ging über zwei Monate so! Keine Lösung, keine Rückerstattung, nur Ausreden.
Am Ende wurde mein Fall einfach ignoriert, und ich blieb auf den Kosten sitzen.
Insgesamt eine extrem frustrierende Erfahrung – ich fühle mich ehrlich gesagt abgezockt. Ich kann Kakobuy absolut nicht empfehlen – schlechter Service, keine Verantwortung, und null Kundenorientierung.
