Reset password is not working
I have not changed my password yet it says wrong password and I tried to reset it many times but it gives error ( waiting response from another partner ) please fix this .

I have recently had a reservation by going to a kam air agency. then I received an email from you guys, stating that I can access my loyalty points by entering the flight date and PNR. I inserted the PNR but unfortunately I was not able to enter the flight date because the system do not accept the dates after the day which you currently are. And actually the flight date is a couple of days after today. I hope that you would fix this issue
