Customer Service is non existent
My data been auto deleted and can’t retire my data and Customer Service is non existent!!
Glitch??
I want to love this app so much, but after a few days it randomly delete new cards I have added and goes back to recently saved boards for no apparent reason. Why is this happening?
Many Issues
I have used this application for years and I very much like the app and it's concept. For a year or so now the app has been having many issues saving changes and it has become very annoying having to repeat deletions and additions of tasks.
I have the annual membership, which gives me all functionality and unlimited boards and tasks.
Other - although the app allows you to have colorful task cards, it is very rigid when it comes to fonts; it offers no possibility of change to bold or colors.

Doesn't work
App failed to create or login via Google account.
Cannot even log in
Trying to log in for 30 min. Perfect internet connection, wheel keeps turning, changed password…nothing…: DELETE
Subscriber unable to log in
I loved this app and subscribed for many years, but with the latest update I cannot log in (!network error) and there is no response when attempting to contact support via website. Disappointing.
Overcharged and no help
I've used this app for years and used to get good service from the team however for a couple of years now it's been really glitchy for me. First it wouldn't let me resubscribe, then I was charged multiple times for it, then last year I was again charged multiple times for it but not refunded for the overcharges and the app kept saying that I was on the free version! Now I've been charged AGAIN and it still says I'm on the FREE version!!! Customer service don't seem to care or respond any more at all so I can't recommend to anyone that you you use this app any more. Very upset 😭

Used to be my favorite app
This used to be my favorite app, I even decided to pay for it, but in the last year or so, things have been disappearing off my lists, or complete lists have disappeared. The first few times I had an issue, I got a reply from the tech support for this app. The last time nothing.
Avoid
I’ve been a paying user for years; it was a slick and simple tool with easy to move, coloured cards and multiple boards synching between my devices. A couple of years ago it was given a new look which ruined it. The layout became poor, and cards difficult to move, they would keep bouncing back from, or overshooting their target. It might have been a change in ownership of the app. I did give feedback at the time. I am now four months in to a year’s subscription and I’ve found that any changes I have made are not being saved. No response to my request for help. No longer usable, but it used to be great.

My entries disappear off my boards
I used to love Kanbana but maybe for the last 6 months now my entries disappear. Every single time. My deletions reappear. I can’t trust the app to keep track of what I have to do because it’s gone when I come back to it.
Do not recommend
It erased my boards. And I paid! Do not recommend if you count on your dashboard for anything.

Mittlerweile leider unbrauchbar
Kanbana war früher eine hervorragende App: einfach und übersichtlich, aber flexibel konzipiert. Seit eines großen Updates von circa einem Jahr reissen die Probleme nicht ab. Leider funktioniert die Synchronisation mittlerweile überhaupt nicht mehr: gelöschte oder abgeschlossene Aufgaben werden beim synchronisieren immer wieder neu geladen und man bekommt sie nicht weg. Ein Einloggen über das Web ist auch nicht mehr möglich. Die App ist damit unbrauchbar. Der Support ist nicht mehr existent: trotz unzähliger Anfragen wird nie geantwortet. Das ohnehin nicht gerade günstige Abo werde ich daher nicht weiterführen.

Постоянно пропадают изменения
Постоянно пропадают совершенные изменения. Добавляю или убираю задачу - на следующий день либо не вижу новые, либо вижу уже удаленные. Перестаю пользоваться и перехожу в другую программу, так как эти ошибки сбивают сильно работу.

This used to be a brilliant app.
In the last year full of errors : tasks jumbling all over the place, deleted tasks reactivate themselves etc. A pain to work with
No reply from the app developer. After 3 weeks the message I sent them is ‘ unread’. No comment!

Subscription only now!
2025 Review: App has improved; very good, but let me restore my purchases! I purchased for a one-time fee many years ago and I am NOT going the subscription route now, since I have already bought it. Very displeased. I see developer does not response to reviews either. Not recommended.
