Waiting charges
Kangaroo consistently adds a waiting time and charge for all bookings by default and I have the receipts to prove it.
It is very sad that the company does this as a practice.

Does not send pin to email nor can I type in a pin even if I had one
App with memory loss
This app is useful but is quite annoying as it keeps prompting for authentication far too often. Please fix it and then it will receive 4 or 5 stars.

Can’t sign up using because PIN does not get sent to either phone or email. Useless
Problems with Budget Cab Section
Just spoke to Razin. Booked a cab using mobile app for the first. Booked it in the morning for 5 pm. It’s 5 pm. No cab and no message. When I called was told there were no cabs. Then asked whether they can send taxi now!!! Having used 588588 phone taxi service for years and having had such good service this was a terrible experience. Never using budget again.
