Cannot Book Flights
After many attempts I give up. This app will not search and find flights in order to book anything. It just spins incessantly.
No live updates on my flight
No live updates were available on the app when I was boarding from London. The flight was late but the app says the original time.

When search for a flight it took too much time with no benefit app is not working

Every time I try to use my points to book flight . Online system doesn’t allow me . When I call I get transferred to one CSO to another.
