Wow! Programming NIGHTMARE
Whoever created this app may want to touch up on their knowledge. It is so poorly done, and delivers nothing. Would not recommend wasting your time trying to get logged in, in the first place.
Never works
I try to open the app every time I’m at the shop just to check, and it hasn’t worked in the 3 months that I’ve had it on my phone.
Doesn’t work
When you enter your information, it doesn’t send you a pin number and then when you try to make a new account it says your phone number is already use and when I try to reset my pin it doesn’t let me this is a horrible app
Doesn’t work anymore
After maybe 2 months of using the app it no longer displays anything just a blank screen
Absolute Garbage
Bought makeup and the rewards program is supposed to be accessed through this app which doesn’t even display a thing! What was the point of me imputing my information besides being vulnerable to scams?? Very disappointing I should have read the reviews first.

How does an app that doesn’t even load make it through the App Store validation process? This app is completely useless. Cannot believe companies pay to use this junk. Maybe I’ll ask my 15 yo daughter to build an app in her spare time in between homework since it seems people are willing to pay for anything 🤣

Just terrible
A business I frequent instructed me to get this app as a way to manage their rewards program. Once logged in, the business doesn’t come up. Can’t change my login from phone # to email. And can’t find a way to contact app developer to ask quetion. FAIL.

Log in issues
Went to log in with the pin I set up and said invalid credentials so I did the forgot my password and reset the pin and it is still saying invalid credentials. This app is ok when it works, key opinion, when it works.
App is awful
Tried to sign up to get my $5.00 coupon and it would not let me create account. Stalled at putting in contact information. I have shopped at pet store for years an no issue with pints and coupon until they switched to this nightmare program. I might have to get pet food elsewhere
Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work. It can’t find any restaurants around me and keeps saying service unavailable.
Great Loyalty program app
Kangaroo Rewards is a fantastic loyalty app for my retail business. My customers are able to receive push notifications and alerts when I post new offers or promotions. My customers enjoy the app and their participation in our rewards program is the greatest proof. I recommend this loyalty app for any retail store especially to those using Lightspeed POS.

Doesn’t work
This app is horrible. It won’t let you enter your telephone number when you try to signup. When you enter your email, it just says loading forever. When you try to sign up through Facebook, the page goes to a blank screen. The app also kept crashing during this entire annoying process. When it finally would allow me to enter my email, the app crashed again. I finally gave up.

Too many shut downs
Every time I try to add my phone number to the app, it shuts down. Without your phone number, you can’t use the app, so far, no success.
Does Not Work Well
A local store I shop at sent me a coupon through this app and when I downloaded it, it didn't work.
Ugly and buggy
Just a horrible app that looks bad and bugs all the time. Not worth anyone's space on heir phone.
