You can’t rescan tickets
I have a stack of lotto tickets from various desks and end tables and in my car. I can’t remember if I scanned them in the app or not.
When I scanned for PlayOn some told me I got points and others said that they had already been scanned. But after a few of those, the app gave me a message that because I tried to scan tickets that were already scanned that I would no longer allow me to scan ANY tickets for PlayOn!!!
So, by trying to ensure that I didn’t miss any points I should have gotten, the app is instead refusing to let me participate in PlayOn at all anymore - even with the tickets that haven’t been redeemed!
These people are crooked!

High friction app
Constant outages with location/ payment services. UI is also bad. Whoever is in charge of software design/technical support should find a career peddling these tickets from a gas station instead.
Not in Kansas
Every time I try to go on the app and do anything on it. It pops up that I am not in Kansas anymore. I played about 5 of the ecard games and on the 6th on it said I wasn’t in Kansas anymore. I didn’t even get out of my seat.
Buggy
I was playing online and then I switched games. It then told me that I could not play because I was not in Kansas. I didn’t even move a foot from where I was before. This does this all the time.
Registration Doesn’t Work
I attempted to register to create an account but after clicking on the link I get a spinning wheel and nothing happens. Never get to the registration page.
Be careful about spending money on this app
They require a colored bank statement which neither of my banks provide. I’ve been trying for over a month to verify my bank accounts to no avail so I have not withdrawn a cent of my winnings. I’ve talked to multiple people in customer service and I’ve been led wrong multiple times just to wait again for the document to be put through the verification process and unapproved. The social sweepstakes casino websites are much better. You can win just as much or more and you can actually retrieve your cash

No problem before latest update. Now, I sign in and am asked to “prove I am not a robot”. However- there is not a field provided to do that.
Great for checking tickets
The app is great for checking tickets, but you have absolutely not chance of winning redeeming points.
Too many login steps
There is no less than 5 clicks to log into this app. 1. Open app 2. Click sign in 3. Click use playon sign in 4. Type sign in or click for autofill, 5. Click continue on to site. Can you not have it automatically sign you in with biometric when you open the app? This is nuts. My credit card app is a more simple sign on. Otherwise the app is OK.

Worst app of all time
The team behind creating this app might be the stupidest couple of people on planet earth. First of all they buy good reviews because not one person that has used to app has been able to get it to function properly or even at all. You can’t even scan the tickets. I could go on and on about how not one single part of the app functions like it’s supposed to or the fact that it needs your social security card photographed. It also wants like 15 other government documents and then it makes you do some docusign BS. And even if you get past that it takes 9 months for your account to get activated. You’d think I’m trying to move to a different country with how much paperwork these MFs need. Worst app OF ALL TIME.

Still can’t cash out
Over a year since I submitted my information and I still can’t cash out my winnings. I ended up blowing through what I had and made the mistake of adding a small amount for a birthday bonus and won again but can’t cash it out. So I guess I’ll blow through this again since it appears this 3rd party, not the actual KS lottery doesn’t want you to actually access money you’ve won in their stupid app. I will NOT ever again add any money and will not spend any more money on the supposed KS lottery moving forward. I fought for month last year to get my stuff straight and thought it was sorted but apparently not. F this app and the shady 3rd party who runs it, worse than a damn casino!

Terrible app
I cannot believe how awful this app is and keeps getting worse every time I get on here. I added $10 to my account to play the online games and every time I try to play one it asks if I want sound then says it’s loading and never can get any further than that. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with this app. How do I play any of the games if I never can get anything to load??

Time limit
Time limits are a joke, I should be able to play whenever I want to, not be controlled. Should have an option to opt out of time limit. Guess I will just delete the app.
