App doesn’t work till 9:00.
The app is really good, but it’s a shame it doesn’t work till 9:00 am when the license office opens. I understand for those waiting in line outside, but that should be posted somewhere on the sign to use the app. It was frustrating trying to use the app before 9 AM.

Nice to be able to check in on my phone but the wait times are incredibly inaccurate, which the whole point is to evade long waits. Checked in and it said 5 minute wait. It’s been 35 mins. This happens EVERY time.

Cant change phone number-Screwed me over
A long time ago, my boyfriend used my phone with his number for this app. Today, we both came to the DMV. Because I had used his phone number on my app in the past, there was no possible way for me to join a line. Even though I was at the DMV, I had to wait 3 hours because I couldn’t check in. There was no way to change the number to mine, as every time I tried it just said “you’re already in line with a different number” which wasn’t true. We were there for completely different things.
