Even tho DFW Airport badging office uses Qless,they’re not on the app list.
App doesn’t work till 9:00.
The app is really good, but it’s a shame it doesn’t work till 9:00 am when the license office opens. I understand for those waiting in line outside, but that should be posted somewhere on the sign to use the app. It was frustrating trying to use the app before 9 AM.

It’s ok
Nice to be able to check in on my phone but the wait times are incredibly inaccurate, which the whole point is to evade long waits. Checked in and it said 5 minute wait. It’s been 35 mins. This happens EVERY time.

The Imperial License Office is always prompt and courteous - does a fantastic job. QLess makes it so easy to lock in a time for all the services I need. Awesome!
