Even tho DFW Airport badging office uses Qless,they’re not on the app list.
App doesn’t work till 9:00.
The app is really good, but it’s a shame it doesn’t work till 9:00 am when the license office opens. I understand for those waiting in line outside, but that should be posted somewhere on the sign to use the app. It was frustrating trying to use the app before 9 AM.

It’s ok
Nice to be able to check in on my phone but the wait times are incredibly inaccurate, which the whole point is to evade long waits. Checked in and it said 5 minute wait. It’s been 35 mins. This happens EVERY time.

The Imperial License Office is always prompt and courteous - does a fantastic job. QLess makes it so easy to lock in a time for all the services I need. Awesome!
Cant change phone number-Screwed me over
A long time ago, my boyfriend used my phone with his number for this app. Today, we both came to the DMV. Because I had used his phone number on my app in the past, there was no possible way for me to join a line. Even though I was at the DMV, I had to wait 3 hours because I couldn’t check in. There was no way to change the number to mine, as every time I tried it just said “you’re already in line with a different number” which wasn’t true. We were there for completely different things.

No funciona correctamente
Hace mas de un año que trato de hacer cita en la app para evitar las largas filas en el dmv y nunca tienen horario disponible ni para el día ni ningún otro día en cualquier tipo de servicio simplemente no funciona
Lab Doing Away w/ QLess
My UCLA Lab where I go to do blood draws have been same that they will no longer be supporting this app after the New Year 2026. I heavily rely on QLess because I’m visually impaired. The sign-in touch pad that these labs use are not user friendly and their color schemes are too light. I prefer white font on black background, just like QLess uses. I really hope that UCLA doing away with QLess is just an ugly rumor intentionally being spread by the lab technicians.

Needs notification settings
Works as advertised pretty well, but desperately needs a setting that allows you to change when you get notified so instead of dinging you every time you move up in line, you can change it to for example when you’re the 10th person line or fifth person in line it notifies you
App is worthless
The app does not accurately reflect the wait times of the license offices. It says 1 person in line, 2 minute wait time yet I waited over 45 mins once I signed in and at least 5 people in front of me.

I arrived just as my text alerted me that it was time. I still waited 45”. However, every single staff member at the Concord Plaza location treated each and every patron with a smile, a hello, performed professionally and efficiently. I visited the Maplewood Deer Park location earlier in the afternoon And after being told by the male employee that I was next, 6 other patrons were called ahead of me. I questioned the female employee who summarily dismissed me. I wanted an explanation as the QLess system is very confusing regarding trying to pick the service you need - nothing for transferring plates. The Maplewood Deer. Creek employees treated each patron with disdain and as an inconvenience. It was disheartening and gives these offices the bad reputation that they are known for. Do better Belle Hart Schmidt, LLC.

not functional
after filling out all of the boxes to add myself to a wait list, the “submit” button stayed grayed out with no indication of why. had to go in-person and wait.
License renewal
App was excellent and communicated with DMV flawlessly. Saved me a lot of time.
3 minute wait
I had checked earlier in the day what the wait time was for plate renewal. It was about 30 minutes. I checked in the pm and it was 3 minutes. I left work 2 miles away, and was back at my desk in 15 minutes total!

Hasn’t worked for me once
I have made 3 appointments and they haven’t recognized it once
App never works properly
I use this frequently to try and hold a spot in line and it continually gives me the processing signal. On wifi on my network with full service. There won’t be anyone in queue and I’ll have to try 3-5 times to have it process and by that time it finally accepts my request there is 5+ people in line. There isn’t a way to save “favorites” or “frequent” places not a way to save profile settings to not have to repeatedly enter them. They claim it’s less time in line, but it doesn’t deliver.

No way to cancel appointment in app
This is such a good idea but some important things are missing. This works perfectly if you never need to reschedule or cancel. I need multiple appts with city planning dept, and I need to be able to go into the app to cancel a meeting if there has been a delay in getting the documents needed for that meeting. I even tried texting “C” to cancel all my meetings so I could start over, but that did nothing. Basically, this app (and the fact that the Planning Dept. does not answer telephone calls) forces users who need to cancel to be the jerk that just doesn’t show up. It would be so simple to add the option “cancel appointment.” That would make this perfect.
