Hopeless
It was great for about a year then suddenly it wouldn’t let me login been trying for 3 weeks now I have sent so many messages to the helpdesk but they just keep sending the same reply obviously they don’t have humans-dealing with enquiries they are now emailing me to say they will close my account because I’m not using it 🤬

Do not waste your time on this app. They never pay you and you will waste your time everyday filling it out for no reason. They want the information you give them for free and have no intention of paying. 0/10 scam
The shop and scan button doesn’t work

Successfully claimed my first voucher!
I love that it scans barcode very quickly! Have been using this for a few months, so far I have no complaints. Just managed to claim my first Amazon voucher. No problem at all.
Waste of time
Been with them almost 2 months and still can’t claim my voucher because apparently there’s no email or telephone number registered to my account when there quite clearly is as im receiving emails from them. I’ve message three times about it but no one gets back to you. Absolute waste of time.

Tried to login but the system seems to be broken. I followed all the instructions but every time pops up a message “invalid password or username”.

I never received any payment through the mail it supposed to have been $35.00 for what beverage I drink back in march 2024 do do it you will not get paidc

still have not received my payment for the beverage study and am not getting a response back through the email they provided. insanely disappointed i put all that effort into a study only for them to not follow through on the promised payment.
