Hopeless

It was great for about a year then suddenly it wouldn’t let me login been trying for 3 weeks now I have sent so many messages to the helpdesk but they just keep sending the same reply obviously they don’t have humans-dealing with enquiries they are now emailing me to say they will close my account because I’m not using it 🤬
