This company has no privacy controls and has stolen my clients information and data. Then the sales rep had the audacity to look me up on LinkedIn and not follow up on my request. We immediately cancelled within 30 days and return to a better CRM with privacy protection and a much more secured and encrypted system. Don’t waste your $ with los Cabrones.

The app is not useful at all.
The app doesn’t have any features except triage. You can’t view your contacts, check on work statuses, or view your week. I’m deleting this app. It’s easier for me to just go to the website on my phone to view everything. It’s not mobile friendly, but you can see all of the features on the website.
Horrible App
I don’t understand how I can continuously get notifications when I get emails, but when I click on the notification to view the email, it takes me to the login screen every single time! Even if I JUST logged in that day (didn’t close the app or anything). Why can’t it keep me logged in?! This is the most frustrating app. The login process isn’t easy either, it takes several steps to login. Also, the app acts like it was just downloaded each time you open it because it gives you tutorials. Do better, Karbon.

Nearly zero functionality
The web based Karbon is very detailed. The app is essentially just email. Waste of time to use the app.
App doesn’t refresh or update notification badges
I’ve been using Karbon since Feb 2023 and this app hasn’t had an update in a year and it shows. The app constantly loses connection to the google account it’s setup with and I constantly have to go through security and login just to check my work email, notification badges don’t update as you check email and often now I get blank screen with an attempt to do a refresh of info. I’ve unfortunately had to revert to using gmail or outlook with the glitchy app which is incredibly unfortunate. Please do an update sometime soon!
